About Happily

A real-time trust network for NYC happy hour.

Happily is a real-time happy hour network for NYC. It helps people find where to go, what is active right now, and what they can trust - without digging through old menus, social posts, or spreadsheets. Users can discover nearby deals, compare neighborhoods on the map, save favorite spots, and help keep the city's happy hour information accurate by reporting, confirming, and correcting what they find.

Happily x Dynamicly

Intelligence behind the scenes. Happily out front.

Dynamicly is the intelligence layer behind the scenes. It helps restaurants turn cost data, demand signals, and manager-approved decisions into same-day offers that can appear on Happily for users to discover. Together, Happily and Dynamicly create a tighter loop between restaurants and guests: better information for customers, better daily decisions for operators, and a more trusted happy hour network for the city.

About the team

Built by people who understand the problem.

Elias Hairatidis
Founder

Elias Hairatidis

Elias has always liked figuring out how things work, especially when the answer is buried in data. A former EY consultant with a background in public policy, mathematics, and business analytics, he grew up around a family blessed by New York City's restaurant industry and saw how missed signals and small daily inefficiencies add up fast. With Happily and Dynamicly, he's building a way to make restaurant data more trusted and useful, using AI to check and organize information without replacing the people who know the business best.

Marianna Tzortzi
Product Design / AI

Marianna Tzortzi

Marianna combines a background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large-scale technology projects with a passion for designing products people genuinely love to use. Her experience spans healthcare AI, robotics, academic research, and technology consulting, bringing both technical depth and creative thinking to Happily's product experience. Beyond technology, she is a painter whose work has been featured in multiple group exhibitions, bringing an artistic perspective to design, aesthetics, and human connection.

Grigoris Delotas
Machine Learning

Grigoris Delotas

Grigoris is an Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Generative AI across consulting and industry. He currently works as an ML Engineer, developing real-time predictive models and RAG-based AI systems, with prior experience building computer vision solutions for industrial inspection and safety monitoring. He brings full AI-lifecycle experience to Happily, from data processing and model development to evaluation, optimization, and deployment.

Stavros Zacharopoulos
AI Advisor / QA

Stavros Zacharopoulos

Stavros Zacharopoulos combines a background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data systems with a drive for building things that actually work for people. With experience spanning academic research, enterprise AI projects, and technology consulting, he brings both technical depth and a practical mindset to Happily's mission of helping people find the best their city has to offer. His research background, focused on how machines learn to understand human voice, reflects a broader curiosity about extracting meaning from messy, real-world data. Outside of work, Stavros spent over a decade competing at the national level in water polo, and still brings the same team instinct and focus to everything he does.
